Facilitation
Passionate about guiding diverse group processes, I thrive in facilitating meaningful journeys for organizations and teams. My role as a transformation partner encompasses a broad spectrum of facilitation services an is grounded in participatory leadership approaches. With a background spanning sustainability, management, organizational development, psychology, and New Work, I bring a human-centric approach to the forefront of transformative journeys. I specialize in navigating change processes, nudging towards questioning mindsets, and promoting lifelong learning. From my foundational training at the Hasso-Plattner-Institute, where user-centric thinking became a pivotal tool, to applying this perspective globally – designing Living Labs in Mexico, engaging in sustainability projects in Argentina, and co-founding a startup focused on reducing food waste – I've honed the art of guiding groups through complex processes. In my Master's studies in Global Change Management, I deepened my understanding of socio-ecological crises, exploring how internal developmental aspects contribute to sustainability. Rooted in openness, collaboration, holistic thinking, and a creative problem-solving approach, my facilitation services aim to foster connections, innovation, and growth for those navigating the dynamic landscape of today's challenges.
